Rong Lungten Lee

This generation of a traditional Lepcha house is situated at Namprikdang, which is only a short far from the town of Mangan. The house comprises three rooms and a loft which is known as a “phahong” and is utilized by the Lepchas to store valuable things.


When to reach

The perfect time to visit Singhik is during the months of March and May during summer and between September to October in winter. July and August are the months when the place faces devastating rainfall and hence inclined to landslides.


How to reach

Singhik, an enchanting village, is in closeness with Mangan town. One can avail of the common cab services from Gangtok to reach Mangan which is around 70 km away.
