The Lamiya Bay Beach lies a few kilometers ahead of Kalipur beach and marks the foothill of Saddle Peak, the highest peak of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. To reach Lamiya Bay, take the road that goes to Kalipur beach from the jetty, and go ahead of the Kalipur beach.

One can have a long and emotional moment of silence at the beach while sitting on the rocks and hearing the waves crash against the rocks that produce the pleasing sound that brings peace and calmness for the mind.

The Veer Savarkar Airport, an International Airport located in the capital town of Port Blair, is the gateway to Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Port Blair is connected with Chennai, Kolkata, and New Delhi by air. Many airlines operate regular flights. From Port Blair, Regular Bus services of government and private busses are available for Diglipur via Andaman Trunk Road (ATR).
